A client called us late in the afternoon with an emergency, two of their forklifts collided, with one tipped over on to the storage racking in the main warehouse. The racking was also connected to the main sprinkler system, which meant that if this racking went over, the entire sprinkler system would have been triggered, ruining everything within the warehouse.

Once a solution had been found, equipment and personnel followed, with us ready to work and begin recovery of the forklift within 3 hours of the initial phone call.
